When I was in high school I was friends with a beautiful and smart girl. Her parents were kind, well-to-do people who lived in one of the best parts of town. Her dad was probably 5'7, a dentist. Aside from that, he was a pretty good looking guy. His wife was good-looking and clearly took care of herself. She was around the same height.

My point is, grow a pair of balls. Make yourself successful, and improve the parts of your life that you can, and try not to worry too much about things you can't change. It's impossible to fully ignore them, I know, but give it a try.

You can do it. After all, it's either you learn to love yourself or you don't.

It's not just about height. It's about how you present to the girls, what value do you have in their eyes.

Yes, height matters.

But also muscularity.
And also dressing (do you show how muscular you are, or are you wearing some sweaty sweater that makes you look like mamma's boy?).
And also talking (are you always asking for validation through your intonation, or are you sure of yourself by default?).
And the relation you have with the people around you (since I got into a position of power, making myself known among fellow students, I've started pulling a lot more than before, just because people heard of me).

Height, unfortunately, is just a biological given. You can't change it. But you can increase your SMV through other things (fitness, status, relationships, power).

Height is like penis size: you can care about it and most probably you'll be insecure all your life, or you can not care about it and live your life to the fullest.

And another thing: height unfortunately affects how girls see you. More bitchy, model-y type of girls prefer tall guys, while more nerdy, cute, hardworking girls won't mind. I personally prefer the second type of girl, because they tend not to shit test the shit out of me and I have more in common with them than with the trashy ones. Maybe, just maybe, focus a bit on playig the game itself, getting the girls, getting some preselection (girls tend to like men who have other girls already) and maybe then you can up the league in which you play.

I'm 6'4" and I've been rejected by girls. I've seen dudes shorter than me get with girls I wanted. I've seen skinnier dudes get with girls I've wanted. I've seen people of different ethnicity get with girls I've wanted.

You got rejected by a girl at work? Sucks. I remember the girl I liked at work liked my friend more. But you really shouldn't care about one girl in a world full of 8 billion people. I'm telling you, you'll see some girls that will make that girl look like a 6. That's always what happens with me.

Don't stop going to the gym. You need to stay in shape, otherwise you'll lose who you are. You want to be a tad bit below average height and fat? Hell no.

Maybe you're approach is wrong. Maybe you need a haircut or shave. Maybe your clothes suck.

Idk. But keep your head up and don't revolve your life around a hand full of girls. I remember reading to never take rejection personal because of a plethora of variables that could have concluded to the girl rejecting you. She could've been a lesbian lol.

I get depressed too when I get rejected. But I always shake it off esepecially when I see other girls who are better looking anyway. Go watch some TV and cheer up.

I'm 6'4" and my 5'6" friend from HS pulls more than me. I'm better looking but the dude has mad game and is hilarious. Sure it makes it harder, but its not like It's impossible for you.

I encourage you to improve other parts of you that you can control,like muscles for an example, it will boost your self-esteem and your self-confidence, Seeking therapy help as well, At certain point height is completely irrelevant, Some women prefer tall dude, then what, you don't wanna be with a women that their main criteria of searching someone is their height, do you?

I'm 32 and 5"7 ft, I don't go at the gym, I am in "shape" but not muscular, and never get any issues with dating or one night stand, Height is irrelevant.

There’s always going to be someone taller. It is what it is. No matter how tall you are we all experience this. You have to be the best person that you can be and lifting is one thing that helps with this. Also, there’s plenty of girls shorter than 5’5” who will be down for you if you get your shit together.

Also, I know so many short guys who pull. Some of the guys I’ve known who have pulled the most have all be below average height. Height is not the end all be all.

I’ve done just fine my whole life at 5’7” pulling numerous chicks between 5’7-5’10”, and I know some super cool and funny dudes at 5’5” who kill it, no problem. Doesn’t even get to them. It’s only an issue if you make it an issue.

I am 164 cm (5'4'' I think?), 110 lbs, married to a very beautiful woman way out of my league if you ask people. To the point that people often think I am her brother when we are without kids and are, for example, shopping.

It's not about the looks. It's mostly about matching sense of humor, views on life and society, how you treat her.

So, I suggest you work on your confidence, the way you talk, the gestures you make, the simple acts you do to help her. Things as simple as opening the door for her when she gets in the car, or helping her carry something, bringing flowers (or just one) to a date, complimenting her looks (at the right moment), just being on time and actually ahead of time if you are going on a date with her, etc.

And don't just say straightaway "would you like to go on a date?". Instead say "Hey, let's have lunch at that Starbucks around the corner today".

Another thing is you need to try to read people and see what they like, how they behave at work, etc. Do they drink coffee, tea, or healthy drinks? Are they vegetarian or vegan or not?

For example, if they are, you can say you are interested in vegetarianism, let her tell you about it. Besides, if you like her and she is vegetarian, it only makes sense that you should be interested in why she chose it. Let her tell you about it, ask questions, don't rush. Then one day take her to a vegetarian place and try her type of food.

There are so many ways to get another person interested in you, you just need to be creative.

By the way, taller and bigger girls tend to like me for some reason :) So don't worry if she is taller than you

Sorry to be honest, but to compensate your height you gonna need to be outstanding in some other aspects

I mean being model level of beauty or extreme charismatic and confident or very rich Especially if you live anywhere in the west

In the past, when the keepers were getting female attraction, you might find examples of short regular guys doing well… but with women nowadays I feel that it is much much harder

It's not that you gonna do as good. It's that you gonna just "do". It's a trend, you see. Height matters, you will never be the ultra chad. But you have 2 choices now: Either whine about it, don't get me wrong you are RIGHT to whine, but you get nothing then. Or you can do the best you can even though it means you won't do as good as a tall person.

What is important is to make peace with yourself first. Almost all tall men will be able to get girls with no sweat. You're gonna have to work to get even any. I'm sorry but that's the truth.

As I said, you can choose to make it work or simply do nothing. What is the better alternative?

Literally OP please read the sidebar and orient your frame to being a strong man, who works on and judges his success by masculine measures (physical strength and agility, money, influence, career achievement, masculine style, etc). Forget what women think, they follow your lead if you are strong in the masculine world. This is where your goals need to be. Nobody gives a shit about your height or lack thereof.

A. No you don't improve yourself thinking you can go back and win over a girl who rejected you.

B. Yes It makes a massive difference to get in shape regardless of your height. If you can't be tall...be fit. You try and attain as many of the infinity stones as you can. Looks, money, status, style, game, etc...

Even if you can't collect them all, having a few still makes you infinitely more powerful than the average beta chump. There's plenty of 5'5 guys slaying lots of ass. It just an insecurity that you have to overcome.

Dress well
go for girls your height or less, don't bother with girls taller unless they approach you
Plenty of girls out there who won't focus on height, but you got to have the other traits here. Lack of one means you need to make up for it in others.

Height, facial looks, body, frame, personality, etc.

Tall girls, sure will typically not even consider you, you are invisible. It's ok, there's plenty of others.
