Record it and file a nuisance complaint. As a tenant, you have a right to quiet enjoyment of your apartment. That’s part of every agreement, to my knowledge.

Invite a police officer over to sit there and listen with you. They will do off duty work for a price. If he hears it and agrees that it is something being created then he can tell the on duty police officers to do something.

Or just accidentally leave the water water running in a plugged up sink and go out of town over night.

Many apartment complexes have a police officer living there, for free, for just this type of reason. They are on site to deal with minor crap like this, and they get to live rent free. See if your complex has one.

Other than that, up to you. There are some creative ideas presented in this thread. I think you shouldn't have to move, but, maybe that's best.

Seriously though, check if you are in a 1 party record area. Talk to her and record the interaction. Document ALL infractions. Most places have blue laws that are tied to the lease. Go to the landlord. Of he does shut, go to the cops.

From there, go nuclear.
