Yes, males are physically stronger than females... but children (yes, teens are still children by both legal and social standards) CANNOT CONSENT TO SEX.

While it's technically within reason that a 16yo boy could probably kick his female teacher's butt, it should never even be a situation that happens in the first place.

Come on, even that girl want to date that "hot" teacher. It is pretty normal at that age, hormones, puberty. But just try to read single child development book, observe those kids, have talk with them. They do not know shit, they are delusional, manipulated by hormones and peers.
