I can believe in familial love and love for people you care about but is love possible outside of that sphere?.. When you think about it, relationships are transactional. People only want to be with you if they think they can gain something from it, and that doesn't just apply to women, that goes for both women and men. All humans are self serving by nature (we're animals) and evolution designed us that way. And I know this forum is about men rejecting cohabitation but like I've mentioned, It's not a female thing in my opinion it's just human nature. Humans are too egotistical/selfish to love unconditionally. I've personally have even seen women go their own way as a result of being in toxic and abusive relationships. I'm mgtow but I don't blame women specifically like a lot of guys that are mgtow on here do. I just think it's humans nature that is too toxic and selfish that makes relationships go down the drain most of the time. I've seen both men and women "use" and "hurt" each other. So I don't hate or have amnosity for the opposite gender. That's not to say I don't think relationships can work. I just think both parties have to be mutual and equally bring to the table in order for it to work.

So tell me do you agree that romance can only work if people are mutual about what they want and can contribute towards each other as in an ideal relationship. Or do you think most people just want to screw someone over for something of benefit. I personally believe a relationship can work but the problem is, it has to be mutually beneficial. If one or the other person is more entitled then it will eventually end. I think a lot of people maybe most people are just going in with a self-serving attitude of what they can get from someone else, which is what made me mgtow; knowing that the chances of reciprocation are slim and that people just want to "use" you for something without possibly contributing is what takes away the appeal of being in a relationship for me. How about you all? Tell me your thoughts on the matter.
