This is perception. You have an anti-authority figure complex. You're only feeling they are picking on you because you want to be your own boss in all things and many men are born with this problem. If you don't fix this quickly life will not pan out well for you. You can't fight the law.

I'd highly recommend you pick up an old classic: "The Road Less Traveled" by Scott Peck. He talks a lot about his own anti-authority complex. It helped me a lot because I was the same way as a youth.

Im 6'4" 200lbs. While I wouldnt say Im intimidating I'm clearly too much for some mens tastes.

It is actually very annoying sometimes. For instance I really like warhammer 40k but everytime I walk in I just cannot make any friends.

This also happened at uni a lot. However they always messed with me in passive ways. Though social media, subtles negs or disrepects. Never while maintaining eye contact. Overall I dont really care, I feel bad for giys who eould be intimidated by me.

You are not supposed to dominate on those higher than you on the corporate ladder. It's all about respect and corporate game , don't go full submissive but don't go and throw around orders at CEOs. Nor are you supposed to "dominate" your father. He gave you life and all you should do is take advice and admire him.

Good question. Ive dealt with the same situation in the past.

The most alpha trait you can have is being outcome independent.

In other words, behave as if it doesnt matter what they think of you, behave in a way that shows that your purpose is clear, and go for it without letting the world around you fuck with your mindset.

Believe what you want, behave as others expect. You generate opportunities with camouflage, which is a well known tactic of sociopaths. What stops you from manipulating by "respecting" authority figures? Ego brother.

Due to the mixed traits, you have the problem of identifying yourself. From the sound of things, it seems like you have Sigma male tendencies/traits. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Sounds like you are a mixed bag and no one knows what to think of you. People will tend to think you are beta unless you exude masculinity.

Then when you display apha traits it surprises them and they have trouble believing it so yeah, they try to put you back in your place and drama ensues.

You should read the sidebar and start following the advice there to become more alpha than beta.
