Idk where you are, but get an attorney. Where I live in the US the odds of you owing Alimony are pretty much zero because there’s barely a marital estate at all after being married for less than a year. How can she request alimony or spousal maintenance when there is nothing to maintain? I’m so sorry. Get out now.

So I'm going to say the following for any other men out there is the same or similar situation.

You first have to accept that fact that you've been s blue pilled simp and walked head first into a relationship with a hypergamous cretin.

Now if you admit that it means you can do something about it, you can learn to recognise the behaviour in you that had lead you to this place.

But that is for another day, your immediate concern is to extract yourself from this nightmare. Fortunately you're in the UK and we have far better and more equal laws than the US.

So she's accused you of rape, and she wants you to fund her life.

First cancel your cards, report them as stolen, nothing more, stolen, do that now.

Second, you need legal advice, get a lawyer, make sure they are a total shark, really Hitler type evil, your lawyer needs to know they are going to war on your behalf and yes it's going to cost you but it's worth the cost if it keeps you and your reputation clear.

What she's doing is slander unless she makes a formal complaint, do not worry about it but do not let it go.

She's using that threat as blackmail, she knows that the law is somewhat on her side and she can make things very difficult for you if she makes that complaint and at the end of the day nothing is likely to happen if she is found to be incorrect. Proving a false allegation is difficult, proving wasting police time is also costly. She knows that, on your side then is the requirement for evidence, nobody in the UK can get convicted without evidence and rumour and hearsay isn't enough.

So you can get in front of this by calling her bluff. Also you were married for two weeks, the UK law requires that you be married and living together for about 18 months before any financial responsibility might fall to you. This means that you will most likely not be responsible for providing anything to her, also you have a case her marriage fraud.

That's a very serious thing in the UK and the courts don't look kindly on it, she lied and led you to believe that she was self sufficient and able to support herself and you'd both be living a good comfortable life with your combined income. The fact that you've found out that isn't the case is on her part fraudulent, you wouldn't have married her if you knew how bad she was with her finances.

The marriage can be annuled simply because it didn't last beyond two weeks, having sex or not has little to do with it, when all things are considered and the court will consider all things and most likely go with the most logical outcome based on the evidence, which is she's a cretin who trapped a man into marriage purely for the money.

Now If I were you I'd take a week off work and get this all started today.
