I am a father of 4 wonderful children with an ending ten year marriage. She has vowed to make sure i only get them every other weekend. She sexually assaulted me before I left so that she could claim she was pregnant. I have recorded admitting to it.She has filed police reports on me. I have recorded literally every encounter we have had and kept all of them. She has attempted time and time again to poison my children against me. She has told my kids im a liar, a cheater, an abuser, a terrible father, that I dont love them. She used property as leverage to not let me see the kids or talk to them. She has done permenant psychological damage to my kids. My oldest daughter is afraid she will leave her on the side of the road, or make her sleep on the floor, or yell at her or hit her if she asks to talk to me or see me. She has accused me of poisoning our son and sexually abusing our daughters. She is doing everything she can to poison this whole proceeding. I am trying to afford a guardian ad litem but she took our tax refund and used it on herself. I can't afford one but I have to have one. I dont know if this is against the rules or not but i need help. I can't let my children stay with her just because of money.
