My spouse does not work and we’ve been separated for over a year. I filed but she has been doing everything to avoid service in what could be an attempt to prolong the marriage and collect more spousal support plus a bigger portion of any income I earn and save. I don’t make very much so have tried to keep lawyers out of this but coming to think I don’t have the wits to deal with the situation much longer.

No kids, married less than 5 years.
