Ok, so I have a high conflict ex. I am court ordered to pay her $166.66 a month which I've been doing for over a year now. So here is my new problem. My ex is getting the checks sent from my bank (they track them) shes claiming that I have not sent them. My thought is shes not cashing them. So i get these emails from her stating she has not received them. To re issue a check. I place a stop payment and send another. Now, this is the second time she claims she has not gotten them. I say we need to find another solution. I suggest Zelle, Online payment, Venmo and just about every other option out there. She says no to everything. Claims she is going to sue me and take me to court for refusal of payment. Have you guys dealt with this and do you have any advice for me?
