Male or Female Attorney?

It doesn't matter. What matters is if your attorney has long term relationships with the judge, the other lawyer, etc.

If there are some real good ones where you live, go see them before your wife so she can't hire them

Dads want the best attorney for them, gender shouldn’t be a factor. I happened to have a female attorney (I’m male) but I picked her based on a recommendation and eventually a face to face with her. EX Wife had a female lawyer also - though I believe she picked her because she’s a woman.

also chiming in that you don't specifically want a male or female attorney. You want a competent one.

Doesn’t matter. Just do your homework on divorce law, listen to your attorney but remember they work for you. you know your ex and what may lie ahead, best.
