It seems likes it's girls' natural imperative to try to control men, but hate it when they can and love it when they can't. Can anyone square these two things?

Shit tests are less about alpha and beta and more about a girl claiming "She's not like all the other girls", essentially NAWALT, and forcing you to have the confidence to claim, and know, yes, AWALT.

Women just seem to reflect whatever it is we say or feel back at us, to a crazy extent. Why do you think this is, and how do we use this to our advantage?

Yes.

A woman will test her man constantly. If she can control him, she can't trust him to be her rock and the father of her children. If she can't, she'll respect it.

[–]mardonian[S] 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

The only strange part is it seems like she'll think that's what she genuinely wants even though it isn't.

[–]htbf5 points6 points7 points 9 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Men do that too.

We think we want a girl that lets us fuck her the first night, but we'll never respect a woman that opens her legs too easily.

[–]mardonian[S] 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

How many dates for you to respect her? this is something I'm still thinking on.

I do feel like we all want that "pure" girl, but since that doesn't exist then it probably makes the most sense to embrace the dirtiness and be into (and respect) getting in on that fuck buffet.

I don't have a number but I noticed I tend to develop attachment for girls who make me chase them and who play a long flirting and push pull dance with me.

[–]mardonian[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yeah it's weird that that's the case when it seems counterintuitive to what we want.

[–]htbf1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Weird but logic. Assuming you're high smv, a girl that makes you earn her intimacy over time is less likely to cheat on you with a random.

[–]mardonian[S] -2 points-1 points0 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I disagree on that front. If a girl cheats on me then that becomes her problem, the second that happens it doesn't have anything to do with me. (ideally)

[–]mardonian[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Makes sense, thanks.

[–]SeamusAwl1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Women love the chase. They don't want it to end. They also are like cats playing with its prey. Keep them interested and nothing else matters to them. Once they become bored with you, they will either eat you or just leave you.

[–]mardonian[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's a good analogy. It's like their version of conquering us. Except it seems like girls truly enjoy being conquered by us while if that happens to us it makes us miserable.

Natural contradiction. Most things have an inherent contradiction if you go deep enough.

[–]mardonian[S] 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

absolutely. tough to understand.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If it makes you feel better our natural imperative is to lock down a Girl and mate guard her, but then lose attractiveness for her just because. Thrill of the chase and all that shit. But even though we don't really care for her that much anymore, just because of boredom, we'll be fucking damned if we let anyone else have her.

Just acknowledge it and manage it as best as you can.

Goedel's Incompleteness Theorem

Any system that humans can conjure to understand the world will either be incomplete or contradict itself.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Human beings have multiple minds. The simplest model for you ignorants is a lizard, mammal, and human mind. A woman's mind is dominated by her mammal mind. Her mouth says human baloney. Every other action is dictated by the rest of her mind. She has very unconscious behaviors. Go figure humans are complicated dipshit.

It's her way of determining whether your frame is weaker than hers because she wants someone with stronger frame than her own.

Evolutionary psychology...in order to procreate, women must find the alpha male, the best seed. But in order to do that they must test...if they cannot be lead they will assume that role but since it's not natural for them...they resent it.

So to sum up, you don't ASK a girl what she wants to do, you suggest it: "Do you want to see a movie?"---she has to make a decision and she hates that because it taps into something primal and is a turn off.

"Let's go see 50 shades of whatever"... better.

"Let's meet up for drinks...what's your schedule?"---better.

"When are you free?" bad.

All game and Red Pill has its roots in this concept of ev psych

[–]mardonian[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I completely agree. It's tough for me because it starts out as a battle between logic and instinct. It's only now that I understand the logic of following our instinct that I can start learning.

[–]1walawalawa1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Relationships are counter-intuitive...the less you put in, the more she chases.

This doesn't mean you don't have to make an effort...but it does mean by not making that relationship your entire world...you're going to give off a more pre-selected abundance vibe...

You will feel "if she splits or acts out...i'll find someone else..." or better yet...have a few on the go.

[–]LymanRP0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Pro-tip: don't ask, assert and just state that the two of you will do something, but make it something she likes.

Example: "Let's go get dinner/drinks at [restaurant she likes]. Meet me there at 7."

This is a win-win because you're showing dominance, but the activity that you're making happen is something that she will enjoy as well. I use this tactic on my wife all the time.

[–]USBCube0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

people always want what they can't have.

[–]mardonian[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

and so the key then is to become what girls can't have?

[–]GreenPiller0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Why is a yoyo fun to play with? Push and pull is the basic rule of all relationships. Like a constant tug of war.

[–]USBCube0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

always. walk away from them.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Women do this naturally because it is a win-win.

If they can control you then they identify a beta and then get free gifts and self esteem while shitting on him and looking for the next branch to swing to.

If she cannot control him, then she has found an alpha and will be filled with tingly drama filled happiness that she complains about some times.

Is the entire idea of fitness testing alien to you?

[–]mardonian[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

kind of

[–]IVIaskerade0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Women test men instinctively because they need to know if he's a capable enough man to look after them and their kids. When a woman controls a man, he has shown his incompetence. That's why she hates it when she succeeds - she wants her man to pass her tests, but she still has to administer the tests for him to pass in the first place and risk him failing because otherwise she wouldn't know, which is worse.

[–]dRePe_Thill0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

they try to control men because it's our optimal sexual strategy to spread the seed.

"hate it when they can control us" because we aren't the strong alpha male they thought we were

"love it when they can't" because we are the strong alpha male and its caffeinates their hamster

[–]DevilishRogue0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's called "shit testing".
