You'll need to elaborate a little here. For all I know they could have been justified - you could have gone in there and told them you were thinking of gunning down the entire school just because you asked someone to prom and they said no. Same time it may well not be; you could have just disputed the gender pay gap during a class and illicited a massively disproportionate response.

Keep your eyes open for a male teacher who knows what's up. We are out there, in every school, but keeping a low profile. Someone who you can talk to.

And if you are dealing with female or "woke" staff, leave misandry out of it and lean into that homophobia and racism and you'll get better treatment. Sad truth, but it is what it is.

My take on it is that you are better off saying your peace, but then drop it. This isn't a hill you want to die on and there's practically zero chance you will change anyone's mind, especially those that are invested in teaching misandry as a career. They (as in the school officials and staff) can bring whatever BS they want to paint you as the disrupter and it will only cost you, not them.
