To fill in the blank, I would put in "support". It doesnt matter on your race, age, gender, etc. Success doesnt mean being the 'top dog'. Its okay if you get help from others. They are supporting you because they see potential in you, they see something in you that makes you special - a spark of some sort. Now, dont have someone take away that spark by generalizing or demeaning you. You have worth and everyone should know that.

To summarize that, you dont have to roar to make your voice heard. You don't need approval to do what you love. You don't need to do something by yourself to be considered successful. You just gotta be you. Keep on going down your own path - whether its a good one or a bad one - and you're bound to find what you desire.
