I can see both points of the view. If she’s legitimately worried that he’s got some anxiety issues and she wants him to go to therapy for him AND she’s going to let him get a paternity test after the therapy, then she’s not the asshole. People with extreme anxiety can ruin relationships and she has a right to ask him to go to therapy for his issues.

But if she’s just always against the paternity test even if he goes to therapy, then yeah it seems like she’s hiding something. I love the wording she used in her post. She never said she didn’t cheat. She just said he has no reason to suspect her of cheating. Wtf

Even in the best case scenario where this is all due to anxiety brought on by the pandemic don't believe that after the test he'll be better. Soon it'll be 2 tests. Then 3 because he'll be afraid of false positives. This type of anxiety gets worse until it moves on to something else

Yes, here he is maybe a bit irrationally and a bit justified anxious about something, but DO NOT THINK that doing something to give him peace of mind will help, because he WILL demand more and more, it's absolutely certain, so therefore give him absolutely nothing.

This is fucked. Just let him get the test. He didn’t pop it out of his vagina so he’s never gonna be 100 percent certain unless he gets the test. Being offended that he wants the test isint a good enough reason to refuse.

That's not how that works. He wouldnt just randomly accuse her. Their is either noticeable proof of not being the child's father, or he IS being affected by the Quarantine, but still, if he's worried, just take the fuckin test. Its not if he was so worried to put his marriage on the line, he is worried because he thought the child he is raising might not be his
