Subtle doesn't always work with men. Sometimes you have to be very open about it and make sure your words match your actions; mixed signals can harm your ability to attract someone. Follow his words and actions as well if you are playing it more subtly to see if he's attracted to you, too.

Of course, being feminine never hurts (dresses/skirts/etc., hair and makeup done, bubbly personality) when trying to attract a man. The masculine will be attracted to the feminine and vice versa.

Create a scenario where there is a high chance of physical contact, nothing turns us on more than the touch of a new woman.

Maybe watch a movie together and sit close to him and see his reaction.

Ask him for a back rub and see his reaction. Return the favor. If he is attracted to you and can see that you are open to him, he will make the move. If he doesn't... I would suggest moving on. Despite how you feel right now makes you think, there are plenty of other great guys out there.

The good thing is that you're already friends, so I bet you have a ton in common. Try to see which types of activities bring the two of you closer, especially things that he's interested in.

Focusing on what he's interested in when the two of you spend time together will bring you closer, and it'll turn him on to see you interested in his favorite activities.

Talking about what he likes will show him that you're interested in him as an individual, and as more than just a friend. Asking him about his dreams and goals could help you to get to know him in a more intimate way. He'll get the hint if you throw in eye contact and a little bit of light contact, such as arm touching or hugging.

According to theredpill if you have a male friend he already wants to sleep with you. Men aren't good at hints so I suggest you just be blunt and ask if he wants to go on a date with you. I find that they appreciate this honesty.

If you're a woman with a male friend and you put the signal out there, he will take it. He's not your friend because you're an awesome person - not to say that can't be a perk - but he wouldn't hang around if he wasn't interested. Tell him you'd like to see a movie with him sometime, use some Kino and he will pick up the rest once he gets the signal. What is this guy like? Why hasn't he made a move on you? He's interested enough to stick around but not confident enough to hit on you?

Physical closeness, get in his bubble. Avoid being too subtle about it; subtle often not always just goes over most not all men's heads in western cultures. After a while If he doesn't make a move, make one yourself. if that "scares him off" then it wasn't meant to be. Non-verbally manipulating somebody into asking you out because of fear of rejection is kinda immature. Good luck.

as a guy, women do not make themselves available to me unless they are interested in me or want something from me. try to do one on one stuff, watch movies on the couch alone, etc.

Picking out a particular person and trying to attract them doesn't work, especially since men are (or should be) the drivers of romance.

The best thing to do is just the usual stuff to be cute, "available", but not slutty.

I have a friend I advise on this stuff on a weekly basis, and I just have to keep reminding her that most guys she's attracted to simply won't be into her.

If there has ever been any tension between you, get alone in an intimate setting and put out a few subtle signals to let him know you're into him...get a little closer, lean into him... He may be unsure if he's allowed to cross out of the friendzone or if it would be a big mistake. Keep teasing him until he tries a tentative escalation, it may be something still technically "safe" but you'll be able to feel the difference between a platonic hand and a sexual one, and quickly reward his efforts with more sexual energy. Crossing into the forbidden friend zone can be super steamy as the sexual tension builds so I would recommend you milk it and make it super hot for both of you! Lead him along but make sure you're not the first one to cross that line, if he is RP then he needs to be the one to cross the line. You know you want him to get you. ;)

If he's not RP enough for you then he'll chicken out and you'll know it's for the best.

If he's hanging out with you alone, he's already attracted to you. Now start touching his arm when you talk and putting yourself within kissing distance. Unless his mother has his balls in her purse, he'll "make the first move".
