I know it's not super pretty, but it was damn delicious.

Yummy smoked Gouda pasta with caramelized onions and broccoli and peppers. The chicken was made in a white wine butter sauce, which I mixed into the pasta after. It was so so delicious.

I also made the best French onion soup I've ever had. We made almost a gallon and it was gone in two days lol. No pictures of that...mainly cuz it just looks like broth. :D

Rose Petal Jam.

Just in time for Easter, too! Absolutely divine on ginger snaps. I'm making some lavender lemonade too, but it won't be complete until the morning of. Made some strawberry butter, as well, like they have at Neiman's. Made about a pound of that, so I'm gifting out as much as I can. :)

That quilt is gorgeous as well as the table runner.

I've been working on knitting what has turned out to be the heaviest baby blanket ever. But oh so cute. Heavy grey wool, with a lovely mustard trim and hood. Plus almost finished two more pairs of booties. 4 infants in our life right now. I will try to get some photos today.

Yesterday was a big day for me: I got asked to bake an upside-down pineapple cake for my sister's birthday! And a bacon quiche, which has kinda become my signature dish, even though I prefer cakes.

My mom usually cooks for these parties and I help with like things like making sauces, decorating the table and setting the appetizers and cheese/meat platters

Being asked to cook a show-y dish is a big deal for me! Will post pictures next week
