I'm looking for inspiration/opinions on how to style my long hair. I've been growing my hair out for 4 years, and it's an inch or two past my bra strap in the back. It's very fine, but has great body/volume once I've curled it. It generally holds a curl really well. (I can post a picture if that would help.)

I'll be doing my own hair for my wedding this fall. I hate the idea of doing an tight, constrained up-do… I mentioned to my fiancé that I might just do a simple whole-head curl of the ends and pull the top bits back to put my veil in (something not exactly, but along the lines of this). My fiancé then mentioned that he really likes it when I style my hair down and curled, so I'm very much inclined to just do this.

This is a simpler look, like styles I've done in the past. That has its own advantages, because I'm confident in my ability to create this style beautifully. On the other hand (and this may be silly), I've always had this elaborate idea that my hair has to be styled differently than normal, so that my wedding hair is "special." Although I've never also had a white veil as an accessory to the hairstyle… (: Perhaps that could set my "wedding hair" apart from "normal day hair?"

Anyway, what do you think about the hairstyle I've linked? Or, do you know of a different beautiful hairstyle that incorporates long hair?

And, most importantly: how did you do your hair, if you are married? I'd love to see your inspirations!
