I'm glad to see an attempt was made to weild the ban hammer fairly.

I think I'd still rather these subs not be banned as they are entitled to their views no matter how ridiculous... And it's always fun to find someones comments in those subs you are debating with and use to highlight their sexist bias.

About fucking time.

Still waiting to see female dating strategy get banned. In an era where talk of equality is around every corner, these subs were toxic safe havens whose members see men as less than human. For anyone who in my future wants to troll my comments for some kind of evidence of bias, let’s say anecdotally white men have it the best in society. I have no problem bringing everyone up to this standard, but hilariously that would mean lots of folks in society would actually get a downgrade in how they are treated now.

Gender critical advertised itself as Reddit's largest feminist sub.

And indeed r/Feminism always did seem kind of small.

So it's likely that Reddit literally banned the biggest feminist community on Reddit for being a hate group.

Edit: I wonder if the other feminist subs will see a mass migration of users away from those subs, kind of like what happened to a couple communities after the incel sub bans from a few years back.

Genuinely surprised by this. I was expecting this sub to get the ban. Maybe things aren't so bad as I thought.
