Okay, but what the law should be doesn't matter. Prosecutors cannot create new crimes to charge a person with, nor can a court convict somebody for morally outrageous conduct which doesn't rise to the level of a crime. I think many of the people here downvoting me are operating under the erroneous assumption that by virtue of having an actual understanding of criminal law and thus realizing they cannot be held criminally liable, I'm excusing the morally repugnant conduct of these women.
