This is one of those things that seems like a win but really isn't. The boy will continue to be tortured psychologically and potentially physically by his mother.

A "win" would be incarceration for his mother who is obviously a child predator.

The really ridiculous thing is that if there was a question of his father touching him "inappropriately", he'd be denied contact and be put in jail. But his mother persistently raping his mind is perfectly fine...
