When we did that in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and hell today we were told be feminist it is advancement of society and good for women, gender equality, diversity, etc. Now when we dump unqualified women into the workplace it is cruel? Which one is it? Is it cruel to dump unqualified women into the workplace or not? I agree with diversity, the only way we are going to get more women in the workplace is to get these older women off of the divorce doles and into the labour market to fill the "labour shortages" we keep hearing about. These feminist argue like they don't want women in the workplace, isn't that what gender diversity at work is all about?

This is literally the same argument that slavers used against indentured servants in early North american courts to turn them into life long slaves, "How dare you restrict the number of years I can indenture my servants, I want them for life to generate money for me".
