Offensive, no. Distracting, yes sometimes depending on how loud it is. HOWEVER, it's a gym and people are lifting heavy ass weights. It's distracting but whatever. It's a gym. I ultimately don't care. If I need to grunt to get up a heavy weight, it's happening.

I personally loathe when people grunt loudly/yell at the gym. It’s distracting and startling. This has nothing to do with anti-man, it has to do with making everybody feel comfortable in a situation where many people are already self conscious.
