Buy two female tickets. They are not saying you have to be female to use a female ticket.

That may sound stupid but often these companies will claim exactly that when challenged legally. Oh gosh we don't discriminate a man could use a "female" ticket, nope, no discrimination here. If you like you can ask them if you have to prove you are female to use a female ticket, and if a man can use a female ticket. Chances are pretty decent they will suspect you are setting up for a lawsuit because Nevada has thoroughly gone over this issue in the courts.

However, in 2011 after a bunch of such lawsuites the Nevada Equality Comission decided to undo it's entire reason for being in part by saying it was OK to charge different prices as part of a "promotion or marketing"

NRS 651.065 Not unlawful for place of public accommodation to offer differential pricing, discounted pricing or special offers based on sex.

Notwithstanding any provision of NRS 651.050 to 651.110, inclusive, it is not unlawful and is not a ground for a civil action for any place of public accommodation to offer differential pricing, discounted pricing or special offers based on sex to promote or market the place of public accommodation.

As used in this section, “place of public accommodation” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 651.050.

So if this practise of two different prices is only legal as a promotion, and this doesn't really even look like a promotion, I can't see why they can say that men have to buy the more expensive product the so-called "male" ticket any more than you can force women to buy stupid pink coloured razors.

Ticket support / inquiries have not replied by the Nevada Equal Rights Commission did. Their response is ambiguous and doesn't say anything. That's typical in my experience of the first round of emails. They said,

Places of public accommodation cannot discriminate based on sex, but they can offer differential pricing, discounted pricing, or special offers based on sex if it is used to promote or market the place of public accommodation.

This does not mean a place of public accommodation can discriminate as much as they want based on sex. They cannot exclude men or women, but they can offer differential pricing, discounted pricing, or special offers based on sex if it is used to promote or market the place of public accommodation. Charging excessively high prices is not promoting or marketing a place of public accommodation.

The club is a private entity. They're there to maximize profit. A friend of mine who is a bouncer in a nightclub in Mumbai once told me that the reason why women are let in at a lower or sometimes at no cost is because women run the scene there. The revenue is directly proportional to number of women in the club. That is because it's disproportionately men who pay the woman's bill. Only way for this to stop is by asking incels and white knights to stop paying the damn bill everytime.

I don't know what there motive is for charing a different price based on gender. But assuming since it is a party and the men/women ratio is often heavily skewed to the male side, it makes sense in a marketing way to create a better party and experience.

If this has a political motive it is a bit strange. But honestly would we have even thought this was sexist against men before feminism gained so much hype and things like the wage gape became a thing?

Tiered pricing is often reasonable. Bars have "Ladies Night" because more women attract more big spenders. What isn't reasonable is when the product is entirely unconnected to the customer's sex and has nothing to do with profits.

In this case, it a social event where they want more, ostensibly single women. I've got no problem with that.
