This has been a particular problem ever since I have had children. I can't get sexually aroused any more or orgasm during sex. At all. I have had 2 children and have just found out I am expecting my 3rd. I am not depressed. The strange thing is, I still have dreams about having intense sex with my husband and in these dreams I orgasm, but in real life I just can't. In my dreams I always have the body I had before I had children. I admit I miss how firm my body used to feel. Since I have had my children things feel like they have completely gone out of place. There is a lot of sagging, loose skin and stretch marks and I don't like how these things feel during sex. These are problems that can only really be fixed surgically, they are not fitness related. They are mostly due to the skin itself losing elasticity and my abdominal muscles tearing up the middle. They have a floppy unpleasant kind of sensation that I think in the back of my mind I ascoiciate these parts of my body with slimy blobs hanging off of me that are not part of my skin. They don't feel pleasant to touch with my hands, like for example my breasts and belly wrinkle and feel like raw bread dough. I have always been a little chubby but they used to not feel this way. Thing is, I am not an insecure person in general, so I don't know why this would effect me. It seems to only effect things in the bedroom. I just feel like there is a mental block of some sort that I just cannot overcome. The sensation of my own body just feels strange and alien to me. Like it's not my own. My female parts also feel different. Like there is less sensation and things are more bulbous. I have done plenty of kegles so that's not the issue. I am 31 this year. I still have regular sex with my husband and I do my best to seem enthusiastic and I am not sure if he can tell something is off. For the record I love my husband and find him very sexually attractive. The problem isn't related to him. It's also not about how he feels about me. It doesn't matter what he says or does. It's the physical sensations I get, they have all changed.
