What a disgraceful human being. She also tried to make it look like the son was hurting her by falling on top of him in front of the neighbors. She knows perfectly well what will happen in the divorce if she can get a charge like assault or anything violent to stick. Why she would do that to her own son? No clue. I'm guessing because she knew she fucke up and tried to quickly even things up.

My ex wife did the same thing, but was successful in her attempt to have me lose any amount of meaningful time with my daughter. She did it because her best friends husband was a lawyer, and he told her how to "bury me." I had a mutual friend present when this was said, and he came back and told me. Anyways, my ex was charged and found guilty of DV on two separate occasions because she was so loud and out of control the neighbors called the police thinking I was hurting her. When the cops did show up and assess the situation, she went to jail both times because I didn't hit her. I was bleeding and scratched to hell because every time I tried to get away, she would grab me with her sharp as fuck fingernails.

I start filing for divorce on the DL. But, she found the divorce forms in my closet. She saw I was asking for custody based on her having anger and mental health issues resulting in multiple arrests. She immediately went to the court house, said I'm abusive and needed an emergency ex parte hearing. I was kicked out of my house and told I had ten minutes to pack a bag. With no evidence, no arrest, and no charges, the judge bought it hook line and sinker. When I said it's obvious she's lying to get custody. The judge told me not to say that again or I'd be held in contempt, as she was under oath and therefore couldn't lie. I was absolutely dumbfounded. The judge told me I couldn't try to prove the accusations were false, or I would be held in contempt. I ended up handing the case off to the board of judicial ethics. I believe they were actually thinking of pursuing a remedy for me because it took a full year to get back to me when they said the process normally only takes a month or two. After they got back to me, they simply said the judge didn't break any rules. I'd guess, because of how loosely the family laws are written.

If you've never looked at these laws, you really need to. They aren't like other laws for say business or criminal type stuff. They use a lot of words like, may, possibly, at the judges discretion, possibly, maybe, etc. These words basically nullify the actual laws, and make them more like suggestions the court should follow. It's beyond corrupt and I still don't understand why our society has allowed it to go on this long now.

Sure mothers have tended to raise kids, but it's also a choice for the mother to raise kids. It's a decision couples should make when they decide to have children together-- which parent will work and which parent will raise the children. Most of the time it's probably going to follow the traditional roles, but that can change.
