What does this have to do with men’s rights? I applaud any spouse that can support their husband/wife’s career and help manage the family/household.
Not to mention that she is accomplished in her own right and has used her ~~husband’s~~ family’s platform to do her own good in the world.

This’ll probably get downvoted a lot but Michelle Obama has put in a ton of work toward addressing childhood obesity which is a major US issue. She’s a great example of wholesomeness and determination to make a difference on issues she thinks are important. Even if the only reason she was able to do all that was because of her husband giving her access to politicians, we shouldn’t discredit female accomplishments just because they may be eclipsed by her husband’s. Y’all sound exactly like the hate sub we keep telling people we aren’t. Don’t hate for no reason. Be smart. Be better.

I fee that although her profile was absolutely a result of her husbands election, she handled herself with grace and dignity upon arrival at that platform. I feel that is why she was chosen.

Well, unfortunately it is pretty common to recognise people with no merit. Just remember Kaitlyn Jenner’s winning woman of the year for basically being a trans person. The thing is, pretty much all the time are women who make this decisions.

I honestly don't think michelle should be held at fault here. As First Lady, she's thrust into the public spotlight whether she likes it or not. What she then does with that is, within reason, up to her, and I don't think I can remember anything specifically objectionable.

In return, it's hard to see why she wouldn't be "admired".

Bitching about Michelle Obama rather than the system that put her there is unnecessary, petty and childish.
