Can we talk about this for a moment, people using anecdotal evidences to say that there are no misandrist feminists or that they are an insignificant minority, or how the random feminists that they know in their life somehow matter in the grand scheme of things more than the leaders of the biggest feminist organizations, or the feminist writers and journalists that work in major publications, or the sociology and gender studies feminist professors that teach in prestigious Universities, or the feminists that have enough power and authority to influence the decision in passing or blocking bills.
It's ridiculous and complete bullshit, and this shows that they are either completely ignorant about their own movement, completely delusional because how much they're blinded by bias, or massively selfish and sexist because of how much they are evading the problem and gaslighting men.
How can they actually think that the random feminists that they know are more important than the ones who made the duluth model that completely ignore male victims of domestic violence and female perpetrators, more than the ones who sent death threats to four of the first biggest researchers of domestic violence only because they said that both sexes can be equally abusive or the ones who pressured the delaware domestic violence coordinating council so that the VAWA funds only go for women's programs and shelters?
How can they think that the random feminists that they know are more important than an influential feminist researcher that worked with the CDC who said that men can't be raped, or more than the Women's organizations that lobbied against gender neutral rape laws in two different countries and won, or more than the national organization for women that lobbied against shared custody and alimony reform and won, continuing the bias against fathers that exist in the family courts and the punishment of husbands with unfair alimony laws?
How can they fucking think that the random feminists that they know are more important than a feminist minister of health who fought against a bill that want to ban circumcision even though she's against FGM, or more than a feminist high court judge who told the courts to be slow to send women to prison because real equality means favouring women to make up for the disadvantages that they suffer, or more than a feminist president, Obama who made some changes to the title IX that fucked a lot of innocent male students accused of rape by ignoring due process.
Does some random feminists telling men that it's okay to cry, to embrace their feminine side and to fight ''toxic masculinity'' will somehow trump all the fucked shit that that the sexist feminists at the top did to men? They are gaslighting men pretty fucking hard and the problem is, it's sadly working.

It could be in principle, they support men and women who have suffered violence, but in practice, whenever the opportunity to do so arises, they fall short. When all the media ever talks about is how women are oppressed in the modern world, that's all that they're gonna see. "Oh yea sure, I support people of all genders who have suffered abuse, but look at the world now, women are suffering the most" This is also where I think the empathy gap thing comes into play. The more I look at how people treat men and women in different situations, the more it proves itself true.
