Rape is the one crime where we are told that the regular rules of due process should no longer apply for rapists are so horrible, that 10 innocent people should be jailed to deter one would-be guilty individual. Usually, this message is screamed instead of spoken. The presumption of guilt actually seems to exist before any accusation is made: Every man is a rapist, he just hasn't been accused yet and the accusation absolutely proves that he was a rapist all along.

Why is this? Well, I have my own theories but I honestly think it boils down to a lot of women believing-- all the way down to their very bones-- that a woman ought to be unquestioned judge and jury when it comes to sexual encounters of any kind. Judge and jury, but they don't want to be executioner as well, because that is hard and physical work which involves sweat and unpleasantness,

He hasn't been proven guilty, that's the problem. They GOP doesn't even want this investigated, they are trying to force through this nomination saying someone must be put into the SCOTUS when the GOP blocked a SCOTUS nominee for a year under Obama. That is the facts of this, don't get it twisted.

It is a loud minority, they're usually activists who spam every thread with somebody they don't like being mentioned in it. However there are plenty more that just go along with it to virtue signal and don't know what they're talking about.

Hell I wasn't even aware of this guy until the feminists started screeching about him on every corner of the internet. Yes, it's wrong to label him a rapist before the trial has even begun, it smells like a desperate MeToo attempt at going after somebody high profile and they don't care who comes forward or whether or not they're credible.

What these people care about is blood, that's one thing I've noticed about these sorts of accusers and especially the people who support them. It's not about 'justice' as they claim, they're genuinely blood thirsty motherfuckers and they just want to see somebody they don't like suffer.

I clicked onto this mentality quite a bit recently when I had one of these barbaric scumbags trying to flip out on me claiming I was supporting rapists ( usual feminist bollocks ) by merely suggesting people in this situation get their due process. This person simply did not care about any of that, they were convinced that due process was the reason this person wasn't getting convicted. They just wanted the person accused gone because in their mind the only men who get accused are rapists to begin with.

This is why I warn everybody and say that these people are fanatics because this is the sort of mentality that they have. If you get in their way, you're part of the problem and if you even dare to disagree with them they would have no problem killing you in the street if they could get away with it and we've seen how the antifa fucks who have their mentality are more than happy to beat people up when they're outnumbered if they catch them outside.

People everywhere seriously need to consider whether they want to support these types of fanatics in any sense, they are not stable minded people and you should be extremely wary of them.

It is important to note that Kavanaugh is not bein tried here and so is still innocent in the eyes of the law. What’s happening here is that the press are spreading purely unproven allegations and smearing his reputation to make him seem unfit to serve as a SC justice. That’s the bit that’s doing the damage. There’s no need to prove him guilty if you can damage his credibility enough. It’s also an easier hurdle to clear than the usual preponderance of the evidence or whatever.

Men's rights isn't meant to be tied to one side of politics. But I can't help noticing:

One political party deems accused men to be presumed guilty and wants them to lose their careers, even their freedom, immediately, while the other party resists that demand and wants a fair, transparent process for discovering the truth.
One party stripped college men of their legal rights including the presumption of innocence and right to due process. The other party is (slowly) reversing that.
One political party is supporting a continuous erosion of free speech rights for anyone with the "wrong" opinions, which includes MRAs and anti-feminists. The other party has done little to stand up for free speech so far, but might yet be pushed into finally taking action.

That's something to keep in mind when it's time to vote...

/Politics has noisy idiots, yes. This is not new. It is ridiculous to call him a rapist, that has not even been alleged.

He is not entitled to the presumption of innocence. That is a criminal court thing.
Proving guilt is not the point here. Proof of guilt applies in criminal court at the 98% standard of proof, or in civil court at the 50% standard of proof.
If this were to be compared to a court, and it is not, then it would be compared to a civil court with the 50% standard of proof.

I don't know US law but I suspect due process may be irrelevant too. If it does apply, the process due in court is not relevant here.

This is a job interview not a trial. Actually it is more apt to compare it to a marriage than a job interview, since it is for life and he will have enormous power.

When applying for a job or a marriage suspicion about your character is taken into account and may be decisive. The job requires that he be trusted, not that he be free from criminal convictions.

You can label anyone you want anything you want at anytime due to the 1st amendment.

If Kavanaugh is charged with a crime and goes to trial, he will be presumed innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the law.

People, however, can think whatever the hell the want about him.

And that's why you never vote for Democrats. They hate you. It doesn't matter how much you agree with them on this issue or that one, they hate you. Nothing they do will benefit you. You will be cut out of every nice thing they do -- or forced to pay for it while you get a shittier deal, like with Obamacare. They will never consider you deserving or decent or worthy or representation. Because they hate you.
