Keep in mind, Margaret Atwood once said: “Men are afraid that women will laugh at them. Women are afraid that men will kill them.” Obviously, statistically, the former is more likely than the latter, and men are more likely to kill other men than women.

Anyway, why is this? I’d personally rather not roll back on abortion rights, if that is the implication. After all, less abortion rights means less justification against forced fatherhood.

I've never read the Handmaiden's tale, but it's probably incredibly stupid.

Margaret Atwood is a terrible writer.... an ex girlfriend gave me Oryx and Crake and it was one of the worst books I've ever read.

I'm really fed up of the mainstream media's narrative on pro-life Christians and what they believe. If the media actually bothered to talk to them they'd realise that I'd say most Christians simply have an issue with Planned Parenthood and taxpayer funded abortion because they don't want their money going to something they find morally wrong. The majority of them may find abortion morally wrong but I was say most of them don't want abortion completely banned.

What's wrong with that? Of course rather than actually addressed this nuanced position the media would prefer to do their smear campaigns against anyone that disagrees with the left wing narrative.

I say this being somebody who's pro-choice, I'm not sure how I feel about taxpayer funded abortions purely from a financial standpoint. It's different if it's a genuine emergency but why exactly should women be able to just go to the NHS and get an abortion for free just because they feel like it? It's a drain on the taxpayer.

The pro-life position is a lot more than simply "ban abortion hurr durr women have no rights to their body" and there's a big difference between finding something morally wrong and wanting to do something about it legally. The left simply doesn't want to hear it though.
