Career advice, 25, continue with company I've been with a year an a half for lower comp and move to MGMT or move to a tech big 4 for high comp but start at the lowest level

I know this isn't a standard thing to ask but I really think TRP has solid life advice for men, especially young men.

I'm currently working for around 60k a year total comp. Promotion should come through in the next month raising me to 75k total comp (65k base 10k bonus) with the opportunity to start being a project manager/client facing presenter.

I am a year and a half out of school and this work experience is now getting me some cold emails from big 4 tech recruiters who are offering jobs good college grads generally get (I graduated with a 2.75 in Finance from an average school, so my options were limited as far as these more selective entry level jobs that paid really well)

These entry level jobs seem to be ones where they hire a bunch of hungry students, pay them 80-100k base and another ~30k bonus and work them (70 hours a week, working Saturday is expected).

Currently I work ~8am-6-7pm but my weekends are generally mine and I have a management team that does not want to burn anyone out, but expects high quality work and a lot of it.

I was told that getting leadership experience as young as possible is advisable and this seems possible in my current role. What I don't get out of my current job is harder analytical skills that I could get in a entry level analysis job at a big tech firm.

If I stay here another year my base salary should be 70-80k with 12-20k bonus and I should hit "project manager" title. My thought is I could work to get a certification or self teach some heavier financial analysis/business analyst skills and try to slot into some more senior analyst role at one of the big 4.

I usually go with my gut, but I'm conflicted. On one hand I'll have ~165-200k invested in stocks and bonds by end of year, so I'm doing pretty well money wise for someone my age, but I feel like a higher paying job could really raise that number and make early retirement/soft retirement a thing, or put me on the path to be pretty wealthy in my life. Staying at my current company doesn't really move the wealth needle as rapidly as a job paying 50-60% more. I'm also worried the entry level jobs at these big tech firms will be a nightmare of a sink or swim environment, one I just got through in my current job (i'm very comfortable with the work we do now, was not the case even a few months ago).
