Men lack a lot of rights. Let's start with the most basic right we lack that women in the western world don't lack: The right to bodily autonomy. Everyone deserves their entire fucking genitals, not just girls.

The only thing she can think of for women is that they can't vote... sorry can vote... in a country that isn't a democracy and doesn't have an election but has a king.

It would be easier to list examples of oppression of billionaires than women.

There's a big difference between the life of western woman and a woman in the middle east.

If a western women contests this it's because she doesn't understand the context of repression.

Even if her Saudi Arabia comment weren't ridiculous as others here have explained, a woman being disadvantaged in one way at one place wouldn't changed that men are also disadvantaged in many ways (e.g. where it comes to genital integrity, prison sentences, domestic and sexual violence resources and the lack thereof, false accusations and figurative lynching, selective service, health care funding, reproductive rights, etc.)

It's idiotic for the response to "males are discriminated against" to be "females are discriminated against!" Even if that were true, how does that change the myriad of ways in which males are discriminated against?
