I do believe a more recent update to this case got that sentence overturned and they had to go to jail, not 100% sure though.

This is from almost 2 years ago. The one has since been jailed and someone has already linked to the news article in the comments detailing this.

I'm all for the 'no pussy pass' thing but what is digging up shit like this going to do? This is pretty pathetic, also the title makes it sound like he was victimised for 10 years ... which isn't the case.
