You won't be able to get a loan for this, and they'll probably laugh you out of the building. Work on not being broke and proving yourself first.

Do it.

Just focus on exacting standards, it's all in the literature, and extreme cleanliness.

Hire personable people pleasers and train them like they're going to war.

Lead by example. Be strict, but fair. Keep a distance from your employees. Be direct and confident, always. Have a refined, almost British, sense of humor though.

Reward good work extravagantly (by fast food standards) and punish bad work equally as extravagantly.

Do all that, and have a decent location... See you when you're a millionaire by 30.

Franchise cost is $45k (just to use the name, artwork, and recipes), with estimated startup costs between $1.2 and 2.5 million.

So you go to a bank. Do you have amazing credit? If not, GTFO. Do you have 50% as a downpayment? If not, GTFO.

In fact, you could both work full-time at $20 an hour, saving half of your pre-tax income, and in 10 years, you still wouldn't have 50% to put down. And you would have lived in poverty for 10 years.

You're lost and need purpose.

Read the sidebar while working enough to get your own minimalist place of residence, then move from there. After monk mode you can make decisions.
