According to KATC, the investigation began last week when the child's mother contacted authorities. The boy told authorities he was forced to have sex with 21-year-old Arnesha Louis, who was a friend of the family.

Authorities say that after some "horseplay", Louis allegedly pulled off the boy's pants, got on top of him, and had sex with him.

When she was interviewed by authorities, Louis allegedly admitted to having sex with the boy but stated "it was only an accident."

Louis was booked into the parish jail on one count of second-degree rape.

It was only an accident? Yeah, the judge will probably buy it, after all, accidents happen, right?

So with Louisiana's semi strict laws. Aggrevated assault is life without parole. And forced sex is 5-40 years. BUT, if the child is 12 or younger, only for aggrevated, it's either life in prison or death. we either have life in prison, 5-40 years with hard labor or death. 3 options, no way out for this monster. Also, she was a family friend, so the supposed "accident" part didn't come from her not knowing his age. Not that that would make it okay for her to force him into sex, as is claimed. So we'll see what the outcome is. Hopefully not another Pussy Pass like in previous cases
