meh, I think it's ok for advertising (still seems a little off and uhh... unsafe). Sometimes (read as most of the time) advertising needs to advertise to specific groups of people and not others.

I'm actually OK with this. If it's a job that's more suited to girls, then there isn't a problem. Now if they're doing it to fulfill some diversity quota, then they can fuck right off.
