In case of proved false rape accusation, the arrest record and the name of the real proved victim in all reports (police, court, etc.) should be completely expunged.

Doesn't make him whole again. I'm glad the judge handed this girl her ass on a platter, but sickened at the thought that most likely outcome of this would have been total life destruction to a further degree or even jail time for the innocent officer.

I am fucking sick to my core that modern gender politics has amounted to playing your life ruining trump cards whenever you feel scorned, and truly believe that anybody who supports actions like this to further their own political agenda are purely malevolent people to whom worse is punishments are deserved.
