You know, i knew a girl who was my ex wife's friend who would come over from time to time who swore a black guy held her at gun point and raped her in a parked car outside a gas station. she went to court over it and he was found not guilty. this was in the bible belt. white girl, white judge, white jury. i do not know for certain what happened in the incident but i do know she had no evidence for her claims and i never seen a single tear come out her eye when she told the story. when it came up i thought the guy was doomed either way. turns out he wasnt. There was no witnesses, no cameras, no evidence at that could indicate anything for sure. i cant believe it went down that way, and if she was raped im sorry, but theres one place in Chunky Mississippi that honestly demands proof and i respect the hell out of that. ladies if youre raped, go to the hospital. i know you dont feel like it but its important. All that being said, i dont think in court, most of the time black men are treated the same as white men. in the field though, if i ever am in mississippi again and i get pulled over, i really really really like being a white guy in that situation. except that one time it was a black cop who had an axe to grind. he raped me. but i raped him back. been together ever since.
