There are many mitigating features in your case

but realistically, not a single one of the things he listed would mean shit if a man had stabbed his girlfriend, especially not the "genuine remorse", "immaturity" bullshit. He's just making things up because he doesn't want to send a cunt to jail, like all the other judges that give Pussy Passes

Even if any of those things did somehow absolve a person a guilt, they're never considered when a man commits a crime; then the only thing that matters is the harm he caused his victim. It's only with female perpetrators that that well-being of the offender is ever taken into consideration. It's unfortunate that judges like these are what people have to rely on to uphold justice

The response from the university shows a massive gender double standard:

So there's still a possibility that she'll be allowed back. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF A MALE STUDENT STABBED HIS GIRLFRIEND??? There would be absolutely no discussion of him coming back. She's almost being treated like shes the victim, she's not the victim of anything. Her "emotional disorder" is probably psychopathy, a disease that deserves no sympathy under any circumstance.

She was convicted of GBH because his injuries were serious and a catagory 3 (lowest level GBH offence the starting point for sentencing is 4 years with 3 years where there were serious mitigations and 5 with serious aggravating factors.

This makes no sense at all. Forgetting the gender issue here the punishment doesnt fit the conviction.

This was on the FRONT PAGE of the most bought newspaper in the UK, The Sun - a right wing pro-conservative tabloid. 2 Pages dedicated to it. Although they blamed on status, which is definitely a part, but they ignored the fact that women nearly always get lower jail sentences.

The Judge should be summarily executed for this massive misconduct of justice. This isn't just negligence or incompetence, this is clear and blatant bias based on gender - Fuck me I wish I was a judge so I could gender swap this issue.
