I was molested by a female when I was 6. Nothing was done since I'm male and she's female and therefore couldn't hurt a male.

Nobody is likely to sexually abuse children. Not moms, not dads, not unrelated adults. Not druggies, not Bronys, not soccer coaches. It is a rare pathology.

By taking the two concepts together, that they are much more likely to offend against their own children, and thaat they are just as harmful, then their harm, even against their own children, is merely equal that of harm by men against rando children.

Something about this doesn't make sense.

This tells us more about the absence of harm when the offender is male. Not surprising, as the harm is largely mythical (don't blame me... I didn't write the book) and like vaccines, is used as an easy excuse for pretty much anything bad that happened ever afterward.
