There were multiple charges in the indictment. She was found not guilty of the higher offense (willful conduct) but found guilty of the lesser offense (reckless endangerment)

Judge was simply following standard protocol of starting at the top and working his way down the lesser charges.

I don't know about this. What she did was reckless, immature, and very inhumane. However I personally don't think that anyone should be held accountable for the actions of another person. If I tell someone to jump off a bridge and they do it, that's not my fault. They ultimately chose to do so. Granted he was in an unstable state, that doesn't account for much. A person who legitimately wants to kill themselves will do it regardless. It's extremely unfortunate. If we consider that he was unstable and she egged him on, then why can't we consider that she was (clearly is) unstable as well? Let's hold some consistency. Anyway, RIP Karma. Great troll nonetheless
