Denis Diderot (1713-84): "All things must be examined, debated, investigated without exception and without regard for anyone's feelings"; "Those who fear the facts will forever try to discredit the fact-finders".

Mother punishes neighbor's son (9 years old) by shaving his head, writing 'pervert' on his forehead. [That's how boys are seen by many women, I suppose, though they don't show it?]

Nazi Germany persecuted and even killed homosexuals systematically but apparently only if they were men. Lesbian relationships weren't even forbidden in the law.

There are lots of people who out-earn men in different demographics and occupations (but the people in power want to talk only about the average "wage gap" between men and women, feminism/sexism is far too powerful).

Three reasons why the economic growth in the west is slower than before but get never discussed because of feminist PC issues

In "STEM colleges" with a male majority most women get what they want from men (relationships) and in the rest many men get what they want (hook-ups). Simple Dateonomics (though the writer "forgets" to mention that, due to women hypergamy it's just a minority of men who "enjoy" the hook-up culture).

Lack of toilet is cruelty, says court, grants divorce - Times of India [why don't women build toilets on their own if men don't and it's a big problem for them?]

It'd be really interesting to know why a movement that's based mostly on lies and even hate isn't dwindling but is loved - or at least put up with - by politicians, universities, main stream media, and even most people. It's a unique movement in the west (but wouldn't have been in the 1930s).

Probably not.

All this pro woman stuff is linked to consumerism.

All the women I know are extremely ordinary at furniture assembly. So for the average to be higher, then somewhere there must be a female furniture-assembly savant whose skill level is off the charts. If that's true then she's keeping a very low profile.

My girlfriend is much better at DIY than me, but flat packing is something I know I can do.

I think it's nothing to do with gender when it comes to DIY, it's about interest.

I wasn't interested in power tools, I was into computers.

I can strip a computer, clean it and build it back up, same with a desk, sofa or any other flat pack.

But ask me to drill into the wall and hang a picture and I panic.

Gender is a component. Men have better special skills then women do. Our brains are different and this usually translates into men being better at these types of activites.

Yes. You'd better put this together woman. I''ll grab a six pack and keep out of your way. That's okay. You're welcome.

Do I care which gender is good at assembling shitty, modular furniture? Definitely not.

Next.

My sister is more into creative DIY and I'm better at big stuff like carpentry or assembly. Together we are gods.

The opposite is true for my cousins. She's great at assembly and he's better at crafts.

I think it has to do with you're brought up, not a gender thing.

Ignore Ikea. They want the SJW audience.

There was an actual study about the issue behind the link I posted. :) I should have clearly mentioned it. But of course innate traits don't explain but a par of the differences.

My wife is better at DIY (and furniture assembly) than me, but when she wants a custom 3d printed part for something, she can never get the engineering of it right, so she comes to me.

We're partners.
