My son just turned 18 months and I have been apart of his life everyday. I run a small home based business so when he was born I quit my part time day job to care for him during the day while his mother worked. It's somthing she always resented me for because she didnt think it was fare I got to stay home with him while she had to go to work. Since I was the only one of us able to to care for him during the day and still provide an income it only made since I'd do so.

Recently I voiced a concern with my sons mother that her her sisters boyfriend had I'm unhealthy infatuation with our son. He would come over on his lunch breaks just to see him and would always buy him gifts and food. When I didn't answer my phone he would come over anyways and showed no interest in having any type of friendship with me or my sons mom other than being a friendly when he was around. My sons mother got upset and claimed I was just trying to start trouble and talk bad about her family and refused to discuss my concerns.

The next day I get out the shower to him sitting on my couch very upset. I told him I didn't want to talk to him and he followed me downstairs and began the most bazaar rant I have ever heard. He claimed there was nothing me or my sons mom could do to stop him from seeing my son because he loved him. He made threats that I was to never mention his name in a negative light again or that I would be sorry and said he was a problem that would never go away. When i told him that i would do what I had to do to protect my son including getting a court order he became enraged and said he would drag me out of the court room with my head in front of everyone because he was not sane and that if he had to come back i would be leaving on a stretcher.

I had recorded the entire conversation on my cellphone and immediately called 911. The police refused to arrest him even after listening to the video but recommended I get a protection order. I got an emergency protection order that day and a preliminary protection no contact order for me and my son the next day once the court opened up. That day I also filed for custody of our son.

My sons mother was pissed. She claimed I deserved to be Threatened by him because I defamed his name by voicing my concern to her privately. She said that she had known him for 10 years which is longer than she has known me and that he is family and I'm not. She cursed me out repeatedly then the next day she filed to have me evicted since I'm not on the lease. She also filed an emergency protection order against me which wasnt a no contact order then took my son to stay at her sister boyfriends house after claiming she was going to stay with an aunt. At that point my son had not gone a single day with out seeing me.

When I found out where my son was I called the police for a violation of the no contact order for my son being over there. The police I'm assuming after hearing a b.s. story from my sons mother and family failed toninforce it claiming that being in the same house together didnt violate the no contact order. The next day I called police again after talking to the magistrate but the police said the same thing. My sons mother text me claiming she would have let me see him but didnt because I called the police twice on her sister boyfriend.

She came home 5 days later and the police showed up to serve me a no contact order through the juvenile court which granted her temporary custody of our son and rights to our home so I was kicked out on the streets.

I have made a habbit of recording all hostile interactions with her since the begining of the year knowing I would have to prove the truth in family court at some point. I have many videos of her berating and cursing me out and even threatening me with violence. In the videos I have after the incident with her sisters boyfriend I have her saying she was going to file a protection order against me because she wanted me out of the house and because I was annoying. I have her threatening me and trying to grab my phone from me with me threatening to call 911 if she touched me again. In the protection order she claims I I taunt and berate her until she is forced to react and that I have destroyed her things. She also claims to be in fear for her and my son because She doesnt know what I will do.

The video evidence I have clearly proves she is not afraid of me and that all of this came about in retaliation for filing a restraining order on her sisters boyfriend, me filing for custody and her wanting me out of the house before due process would force me to move. I writes letter to the judge asking to present my video evidence as the clerks office said I needed to if I wanted to use such evidence but haven't heard back.

I know I know...GET A LAWYER! That isnt an option I slept the last 2 nites in a homeless shelter for the first time in my life at the age of 35 because i have no money or access to making any being that I work from home and can't go back until my court date. I also have no family with in 3000 miles.
