Become someone they would care about. How? Make your life interesting. Work out, have financial security, pick up hobbies. Amateur acting, learn to play an instrument, dance classes. Whatever floats your boat, preferably hobbies that involve some form of interaction with people.

You don't have to opt out of the game because you're getting zero attention at this very moment, especially when you have the ability to change it.

Start first with learning to look after yourself first and foremost - it all begins here. Instead of moping, hit the gym. Instead of finding a shoulder to cry on, read the stoics. Instead of staring out the window with defeated eyes, start putting your attention on something big you want to achieve in your life.

As far as girls go, I'd suggest you keep them on the back-burner for now since it seems like success with women is defining far too much of the trajectory in your life. What you can do (and what I mean by "keeping them on the back-burner") is simply talk to as many girls as you can. Don't worry about setting up dates, getting numbers, escalating etc., none of that for now. The more at ease you get with talking to random women, the more you set yourself up to become a natural with them. Consider this to be the foundation from which you will eventually segue into getting their numbers, into eventually setting up dates, and to eventually fucking them, but get the basics down first.

Your top priority ought to be sorting your life out, but use a couple of minutes here and there to interact will all kinds of girls. Every time you do that, consider it a success, even if they completely ignore you and walk away (they won't all do that of course).

To get over women, you've got to become completely inundated with them. The more and more you try to avoid women, the more difficult it will be to resist the temptation.

You're a man. For most men, it is natural to want to have sex with every woman that is attractive enough. Men who satisfy their quota for sex often find that they can go longer periods without having to chase it, but for men who try to avoid it altogether (because they want it badly but can't get it), they end up succeeding for some duration before they snap and do something stupid and/or easy to get it (ie. rape a woman, settle for a woman who doesn't have the right qualities, hire a prostitute, etc.).

You can try to ignore it, but you won't succeed for long. Figure out what is holding you back, and work on it (if possible).

You aren't out there doing approaches. Approaching is fun.

If you were doing enough approaches to the point that you learned to enjoy it, you'd have some interest from girls by now, and instead you'd be asking about how to get access to higher quality women. Fat ugly deadbeats who actually approach manage to get at least a little interest from the opposite sex.

You are either too shy to approach, or you have logistic issues. Don't take that depressed road you are headed down.
