You make an interesting core point (a considerable majority of women apparently prefer to have a man as their manager, when expressing a preference either way, and given a choice, most women willingly enter into so called 'patriarchal' family setups), but this alarming segment caught my eye more...

I've already mentioned I attend an university (children education) where we are almost all girls. The ratio is 1 man to 50 women. The feminism propaganda is insane, the teachers do it even when they teach subjects that have nothing to do with gender. A vast majory of the students call themselves feminist, promote feminism and try to fix me when I speak my anti-feminist mind.

Fucking terrifying. A mass echo chamber pumping out re-indoctrinated women in preparation for them to teach, guide, be guardians of our sons.

Do you have some examples of what goes on? Copies of formal materials showing what you say?

Female hypergamy dictates that women will frequently elect a male leader, who generally implements policies to the benefit of females (chivalry). Because the figurehead is male, the policies implemented have the false impression of being altruistic in motivation, when they are really pass-through policies reflecting the selfish interests of the female populace. This arrangement often dictates that females portray themselves as weak, vulnerable or oppressed. Obviously, the figurehead being male and not female is a means to depicting weakness, when in reality, the figurehead is endorsing policies to the benefit of females.

This is matriarchy (not patriarchy).

Meanwhile, the males bound about like clueless idiots, being deluded into thinking they benefit because a male is at the apex position of "power" (ego), even though he implements chivalrous dickbag policies.

Women have always enlisted men to do their dirty work, including the dirty work of screwing over other men.

As a guy who's worked in a female-dominated field for a while...

...never, ever underestimate a shitty woman's ability to make men do all the work.

These women, especially third-wavers, don't really want any sort of equality when it comes to actual work. Rather, they simply want the same access to the fruits of the labour of men as the men who've earned those fruits have.

I was chair of a community organisation for a few years. Most of the members, around 80%, were women. They liked the fact that the organisation existed. They came along to every meeting with a list of actions, demands and improvements. But we got on well and got through a lot of stuff. And things were really working well.

After a couple of years, I'd had enough and anyway I'd started a new job, so I needed to cut back my other commitments.

None of the women who were on the committee or benefited from its work would come forward to take my place. I canvassed them. I had one-to-one meeting with ones who were good and told I'm though they'd be great for the job.

"Nope. Not doing it. Can't you stay on?"

In the end, it was another a man who took over.

Ouch, I always thought the schools and the A Level college I went to was total shite, I have total sympathy for the people my age and below though who will have to contend with not only a shit education generally but feminist attempts at indoctrination on top of it.

The only thing I could say is that potentially if the ratio of the university you're in is real, it could well be that eventually Universities like this are simply going to go bankrupt. At least in the U.S anyway, I don't know about Europe though as they might organise a government bailout to save them if they keep losing tons of money.

All I could advise in that situation is keep your head down unless you're pissed off enough it's worth causing chaos.
