If she was a dog it'd be called sexual assault/rape. We all know the score here. Its the same reason that we see people say "but she could have any many she wants, it doesnt make sense!". Right, if she can have any man she wants, the logic says there's no aggravating factor, like a recent insulter who said "can't find a woman your own age?" to another commenter.

It is seen as less exploitative when shes more attractive, younger, a woman, and so on, because a man has to "hunt" for women while women get to decide what man has them.

In all fairness, perhaps she did intend just to sleep and did not have intercourse. Perhaps he jacked off on the sly and then she rolled over unawares onto the pool of it and it flooded in because she was wearing the boxer shorts left by her dead father with a flap in the front.
