This is currently on the front page from r/todayilearned but no one in that discussion seems to view it as a men's rights issue. I absolutely do, as I believe male teachers are held to different standards than female teachers when issues like this arise.

What the fuck is he supposed to say then!? Vagina is the LITERAL major term of that part of a woman's anatomy!

Buried in the article are the real grounds for complaint. The main one being sharing "private student information." That could be a real problem by anyone's standards. Secondarily, showing "An Inconvenient Truth" in school is pretty controversial since the film features several questionable (I'm being generous) claims and a politician and therefore borders on political advocacy. And finally, I don't think biology class is an appropriate place to be teaching birth control.

It gets worse too. The family stayed in the town and became a social pariah. One of their adopted sons who had some developmental disorder was very brutally sexually assaulted.
