A girl I knew had recently been kicked out/ran away for many reasons but the main one is because her mother thought that her sexual behaviour was unusual for a teenager and that she should get help. She's slept with about 30 guys in under a year and tbh I really didn't care, I just offered her to stay at mine till she can find a hostel or something.

I was going out to a party the other day so I said to her she can join me if she wanted to which was a very bad mistake. She drank so much that she broke down and had to be taken upstairs whilst I was downstairs enjoying my night. People told me I had to take her home but my plans was to stay over at my guy friends house so we were pressured to take her home with us. Bear in mind I hardly knew this girl yet me and my guy friend felt pressured to be responsible for her :/ We didn't mind though at the time.

We get in the taxi and during the whole taxi trip she starts to harass my friend by trying to unbutton his pants and trying to kiss him and trying to take his top off and begging for him to have sex with her. She also took her top off so she can fuck him in the taxi but he kept trying to put her clothes back on. During this whole time he pushed her back to her seat and said no I don't want to have sex, please sit in your seat etc etc.

When we get out of the taxi, we decide to go to a park and smoke. We sit on the swings and she starts to do the same thing to him by trying to take his clothes off and saying things like "fuck me", "am I not pretty enough?", "come on, I know you want to fuck me" etc etc. I honestly thought that he wanted to have sex with her at the time.

She drags him in and starts to kiss him and then at the point I walk away from the two because I didn't want to see anything. I start hearing sex noises and was actually repulsed but I didn't want to intervene because I thought that he wanted to have sex with her and that I'd be a cockblock if I did.

The next day we start talking about it and I congratulate him for losing his virginity but then he starts telling me that he feels violated and disgusted by himself and the girl. He said that she tried to suck him off with sick in her mouth and that she was harassing him and not leaving him alone and that he only did it so she can stop but he wanted it stop so bad he didn't cum and just pretended to so she can leave him alone. He said he really wishes that that wasn't the way he lost his virginity and now he went from having low moral and being very down to very angry.

If this was the other way round there would be no debate if it was sexual assault or not.

Edit: I should also mention that she has been going around and telling people that he took advantage of her because she was drunk (even though they had both been drinking) but that she is "fine with it".
