I don't know how not having feet (as opposed to legs) makes it impossible to rape, but the fact remains that the male student reported gender-based harassment and a hostile academic environment and the school not only refused to investigate it, but they joined in on the hostilities.

It gets even better. The school basically went up to the headset and said, "look, you'd better take this the whole way and ruin this guy's entire life and you won't be held responsible or, you know, we might actually have to look into his claims." They school itself is directly responsible for the false accusation.

It's going to take some big payouts by universities before the insurance companies start demanding universities provide due process to accused students. As it stands, the university system is Kafkaesque and I would advise any male student to never be alone with a female student under any circumstances while they are a student, much less have physical contact with her.
