A woman who was given probation for the rape and attempted murder of a 13 year old boy in 2011 has now been arrested for killing her husband

So she raped a 13 year old boy and then shot him in the back while he slept, and was given probation...I don't think I even have to say it, but there is absolutely a 0% chance of a man raping a 13 year old girl, then shooting her as she slept, and not going to prison.

Clearly, she's a violent sexual predator. The judge knew this when sentencing her. If she'd been in prison where she belonged, her husband would still be alive. I guess a man's life is less important than giving a female child rapist/murderer a second chance.

Whoever decided that it would be okay to let this violent woman out into society should be removed from their job. Permanently.

She wasn't just given probation.

She remained in jail for four years awaiting trial, unable to meet her bond of $50,000. In 2011, she pleaded guilty ...

When she plead she was given time served for the four years. With good time/work time credits added in, her sentence could have been higher.
