Fallout: Vaults 68 and 69

I think in Vault 68 most of the men would kill each other trying gain favor of the one female. Eventually it would devolve into a small gang trying to forcibly obtain her and another small gang trying to defend her, while third subset just tried to survive. After so many years the Vault would probably die out due to like of producing children. I say no more than one or two generations.

Vault 69 the women enslave the one male as breeder material. Think more forced sperm donation then getting to have a lot of sex. After a short but bloody period of in fighting, a hiarchy is established among the saviors. The overseer(?) of course gets to reproduce and decides out of the others who gets to reproduce using the breeding material. When the vault opens there could be several generations of saviors, but men would definetly be enslaved.

This assumes that both vaults have people that can actually run them and those people survive the social breakdown.

Those vaults don't even scratch the surface of the cruelty and evil in the fallout universe. Yes society has double standards. This is a damp squid.
